Currently all purchases are facilitated through Marshmallow Heart Shop on Etsy.

• It is important to me that you are satisfied with your jewellery piece. If you have an issue, please make contact through Etsy Conversation.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded, but please do contact me so I may address your concerns.
• If you want to cancel your order, please do so within two hours of placing order, as per Etsy shop policies.
• If a product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, I will repair or replace the item and will ship back to you free of charge. This is determined on a case by case basis. Please contact me about the nature of the problem so I may determine a fix and to arrange the return.
• If making a return due to change of mind or sizing, buyer is responsible to return items within 7 days of delivery, as indicated on Etsy, via tracked shipping. If you are making a new purchase, the new item will be shipped out to you free of charge.
